Eating Healthier!
Three years ago, I began my health journey. My metabolism wasnโt what it once was and I knew I needed to make a change. So, I decided to start eating better cutting out some food and eating less of others.
I donโt follow a diet! Just healthy eating!
A few items I eat less of bread, chips, pastas, red meat. No processed food or boxed food. NO soda.
I drink plenty of water. Lemon & mint water also.
During my journey I have more energy, and rarely crave sugar. And my digestion improved.
