What makes a good leader?

I define a good leader as anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes.

Courage, Confidence, and Communication are traits for good leadership.

They should have the courage to do what they think needs to be done, even if others don’t.

Have confidence in themselves AND

Communication is a key leadership skill.

What is your favorite animal?

My fur baby, he’s the baby of the family.

He loves to protect, cuddles and playing with sticks.

If you’re lucky a dog will steal your heart. 🖤🖤

What is your mission?

My mission is to be kind daily,

which is free; but, priceless.

Knowing you just made someones day is beautiful, just by being kind and smiling. 🙂

Sharing is caring. Extend yourself in kindness to others, whenever you can.

Kindness is contagious!!

What the world needs is more kindness, more compassion, more laughter, and more smiles.

I’m definitely contributing to that. 😉

What is the greatest gift someone could give you?

The greatest gift someone can give me is time.

There’s only one thing more precious than time, it’s who we spend it with.

Time is free but it’s priceless.

Once you’ve lost it you can never get it back.
