10 Ways To Relax
- Stretch, moving your body gently, stretching your muscles helps release tension
- Mediate, it clears your mind
- Slow down some, slow down by taking time out for yourself
- Write a list of items you can control
- Listen to some calming music, soft music relaxes your body and mind
- Talk to a love one
- Unwind with a book, reading will take your mind away from your worries, you are able to relax and sleep
- Take a walk outside to clear your mind
- Light a lavender candle it calms you
- Drink calming tea
Try, at least one of the ways to relax above to help you in your daily routine. Being stressed can have a long term negative impact on you and your mental health. It’s important to learn your how to relax and destress.
