What time do you go to bed and wake up currently?

Bed time for me is normally 10:30p wake up is between 5:00a and 6:00a depends on what time my 8 month old fur baby wakes up to go out. Lol

What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

Mornings are busy for me so, I start with something that gives me peace by giving thanks for another day then yoga or meditation.

I’m excited about a few things retiring, my life coach business & my customize basket making business.
