What is your favorite form of physical exercise?
My fav is walking, but I also enjoy running & functional strength training.
Walking & running give me toned muscles, makes me feel more energetic and my overall body feels great.
AND functional strength training squats strengthens my legs.
Sometimes you have to lose yourself to discover who you are.
Sometimes it feels like we are breaking down when really we are breaking free.
Mistakes aren’t mistakes; they are only lessons.
The best lesson you can learn in life is to master how to stay calm.
Negative experiences are only opportunities to grow, learn and advance.
Mastering your life is not easy you cannot master your life in one day.
Just relax master the day!
Then just keep going.
Sometimes you have to lose all you have to find out who you truly are.
Sometimes we have to lose our way to find out what we really want, because we often ignore our needs until we are lost.
Life is a journey with problems to solve and lessons to learn.
