Not everything deserves a reaction.

Not everyone deserves access.

Learning your boundaries isn’t selfish, it’s necessary.

Choose where your energy goes, your energy and peace always comes first.

Your peace is your power.

Set Boundaries – it’s okay to say no.

Put yourself first – your needs and well being matter.

Protect your time – your time is precious.

Limit what drains you – not every text or call deserves your energy.
