As I drift off to a deep sleep, I feel myself relaxing, and releasing all the energy that doesn’t align with my peace.

Ending my day with bedtime affirmations.
I allow my body to soften.
I allow my mind to rest.
I deserve rest, and deep sleep.
I am allowed to rest without guilt.
With each breath, I return to calm.

This is so gentle, so soothing… it feels like a soft lullaby written in words.
There’s a quiet kind of strength in what you’ve expressed here—the ability to consciously let go at the end of the day. Not everyone knows how to do that. The way you move through each affirmation feels like a gradual unwinding… from the body, to the mind, to the heart.
