5 Keys to a healthy longer life.

  1. Maintaining a healthy diet. Daily intake should include servings of vegetables, fruit, whole grains, and water. Breakfast, Lunch, and dinner is recommended.
  2. Physical activity, 30 minutes per day of moderate activity it’s one of the most powerful interventions for extending life expectancy.
  3. Healthy body weight.
  4. Smoking, well there is no healthy amount of smoking.
  5. Moderate alcohol intake.

Healthy habits make a big difference. Wellness is maintained by paying attention to our daily lives.
