Exercise: Exercising regularly has a lot of health benefits. It’s good for the body, also strengthens the mind increasing focus.

Rest: I’m realize that in order to keep my mind, body, and soul well nourished I need rest. Adequate amounts of sleep are vital for our bodies to function properly.

🪞Mirror Affirmations

I am enough, exactly as I am.

The mirror can be your best friend,

if you trust yourself.

These mirror affirmations work great when you are not feeling your best self. We all have days when our spirits are low, so look in the mirror say a few affirmations to build yourself up.

What do you see when you look in the mirror?

I’m not talking about your nose, yours scars, or even how you are dressed. I’m talking about how you regard yourself in the first instance.

Would you classify your thoughts as positive? Negative? Try this exercise by staring in the mirror.

Start paying attention to self~talk.

Be mindful how you speak to yourself, are you uncaring? Uncomfortable? Judgemental? Are you caring, or loving?

If it’s just you and the mirror you will know what you need to work on.

Give yourself the compliment you give others. Tell yourself one good thing that you are proud of about yourself,  no matter how small, no matter what it is, remember it’s just you and the mirror.

Then, tell yourself in the mirror one thing you could change, or work on each day.

Trust yourself, you got this!
