Self~love Affirmations

I am choosing happiness today.

I am strong enough to survive this.

I can make a difference.

I give myself room to grow.

I am getting better everyday.

I will put myself first today.

It’s ok for me to take a break and enjoy myself.

I’m breaking bad habits and starting positive ones.

I am taking action to change my life for the better.

I am capable of changing my life and doing amazing things.

Remember, the key is to choose affirmations that connect with you, be consistent to reframe your mindset
and change your perspective.
