Food & Drink: Eat more fruits and vegetables. Enjoy salads as a meal. Choose a variety of colors daily they provide different nutrients.
Exercise: Exercising regularly has a lot of health benefits. It’s good for the body, also strengthens the mind increasing focus.
Rest: I’m realize that in order to keep my mind, body, and soul well nourished I need rest. Adequate amounts of sleep are vital for our bodies to function properly.
