Bedtime Affirmations

I release the day.

My mind can rest now.

I welcome stillness.

My body deserves to rest.

I will be refreshed tomorrow.

I am allowed to take a break.

I am safe and at peace.

I am breathing in relaxation.

I am deserving of deep and rejuvenating sleep.

My mind and body are in harmony, preparing me for a great sleep.

All is well, good night!
