Things to do on bad days

Breathe deeply. Slowly. Consciously.

Treat yourself to your favorite meal, without guilt.

Turn on a diffuser with essential oils, the scent calms the storm.

Call or text someone who makes you feel warm inside.

Listen to your favorite music.

Buy yourself something nice, without guilt.Β
