Self-care reminder

Just know it’s ok to rest, when you’re tired.

It’s ok to cry, when things are too heavy to carry.

It’s ok to pause, to feel, and to heal.

And, remember it’s always ok, not to be ok.

It’s not selfish to love yourself,
make yourself a priority.
