* Your affirmations should be put somewhere you are able to see them, so you can use them.

* Pick at least one affirmation daily to focus on each day.

* Say the affirmations while in bed or out loud in front of a mirror. Repeating them a few times.

* Take a deep breath, before moving on to the next one.

* Say them with confidence.
