Mine would be I need help.
* I struggle with asking for help when I need it. AND
* The feeling of being dependent on someone else, is a struggle for me.
I’ve learned it’s ok to depend on other people, and it’s ok to ask for help . Everyone needs help sometimes but, I’m getting better with both. 😌

It’s “I need help” for me as well. I can be hyper independent and that’s not always a good thing.

I’m frequently wrong, for which I have to apologize, and I say “I love you” all the time. Yep, asking for help is a problem.
