Don’t judge!

It’s so easy to judge.

Judging is for the weak, understanding is for the strong.

Understanding requires compassion and patience.

No-one has it easy all the time, everyone has problems. You never know what people are going through.

So before you start judging or criticizing, remember everybody is fighting their own battle.

Be curious, not judgmental.

Before you assume, ask, learn the facts.

Before you judge, understand why.

Never judge a situation you’ve never been in.
