Bedtime Affirmations

I am calm and peaceful, now that the day is done.

I’ve done my best today.

I’m proud of what I did today.

I let go of anything that no longer serves me.

My heart is grateful.

My mind is ready to rest.

My body becomes relaxed with every breath.

I have earned my rest for tonight.

My mind is quiet.

My body heals while I sleep.

I release all emotional negativity.

I’m safe and relaxed in this place.

I’m resting my muscles one by one.

I let go of all tension in my body as I prepare for sleep.

It’s the perfect time for me to sleep.

Lights out, computer down. Goodnight. 💤
