Healthy coping skills are something that helps manage stressful situations. They also reduce negative feelings.

Examples: anger, stress, and anxiety and more.

*I believe sharing is caring. You never know who you’re helping, or maybe that shy someone that does not want to talk about it.

* Coaching is a passion of mine, in my session today I was able to speak on healthy coping skills.

*Praying these skills help someone that may be going through tough times.
