Sometimes,

the most healing thing you can do is allow yourself to feel the pain, the fear, and the happiness.

Don’t numb it.

Let yourself feel every part of healing, and growing.

When it all pass, you’ll be standing tall, and stronger than before.

Time will heal your pain into strength.

  1. It’s my pleasure, my friend. Sometimes we mention certain things to someone, but we are referring to ourselves. It definitely takes time to allow yourself to feel. I pray you allow yourself to start to feel, yes it will be hard but so worth it.

    Also, It’s funny how GOD works. I was going to post something different but GOD put on my mind, to post something that would help someone. I’m thinking what, he said just write…

    God is the “Father of compassion” and comforts us through every struggle. It’s in allowing ourselves to experience these emotions fully that we grow stronger and more resilient, not just for ourselves but also to be a source of comfort for others.
