As promised!! ONLY sharing my daily water routine.

Benefits and what you can add to your water if you don’t like the taste of water. (see below)

Below is a list of items, that I find are beneficial to add to your water. I enjoy my water as is, but; below are a few items I will add for the benefits.

Water is the fuel that keeps your system running smoothly.

Boost your brain, feeling foggy? Your brain may be thirsty!

Hydrated? You should drink plenty of water.

Want that natural glow? Water is your skin’s favorite moisturizer.

How much water should you drink daily?

Answer: The common advice is 8 glasses (64 ounces) per day.

Water helps improve your health and well being.

(Add to taste)

Cucumbers water : glowing skins, flat tummy, help with bloating (half)

Ginger water: treat cold, headaches, weight loss, menstrual cramps (1 piece)

Honey water: soothe sore throat, allergy remedy (1 tablespoon)

Mint water: weight loss, healthy skin (6 leaves)

Lemon water: detox, helps digestion (1/2 lemon)

Conclusion

So, there you have it. Reasons to drink water, benefits for drinking water and a few items you can add to your water for a different taste.

Don’t forget to carry your water bottle with you daily as a reminder. πŸ˜‰

  1. My water bottle is my favourite accessory. It helps me track my water intake. I’m good most of the days. But when the weather cools down, my intake might go a bit low. Thanks for the reminder!
