Affirmations to calm anxiety

(As promised)

I’m grounded, safe and secure at this moment.

I’m taking deep breaths for calmness.

I’m in a quiet & peaceful place.

My feelings are not controlling me.

I’m stronger than my thoughts that overcome my challenges.

I’m choosing peace over anxiety.

What, I’m experiencing is temporary.

I am in control, not my anxiety.

I’m learning how to cope, I trust myself.

Lastly,

I got this!

I pray these affirmations help someone.

This post hits home for me. But, GOD is always near helping me through tough times when needed.

I enjoy saying affirmations daily. They are positive statements that can help change your mindset.

Affirmations can also, help with negative thoughts, improve self~esteem, and can help concentrate on achieving great life goals.

Affirmations work well if said repeatedly daily or as often as you like.

A few daily examples,

I can make a difference. I am enough.ย  I am smart.
