A sense of peace, it allows you to get out of your head and focus on your body. It’s a sense of peace & calmness.

Stress relief,ย  15 minutes of yoga does wonders when you’re feeling stressed or anxious.ย

  1. I know meditation is good for me, but it’s a little boring, so I often start my meditation sessions with yoga or qi gong for the first half of the session, which on the plus side helps me stretch out an old leg injury.
