I’ve learned it is okay.
It’s okay to be kind.
It’s okay to be wrong.
It’s okay to make mistakes.
It’s okay to be mad.
It’s okay to be yourself.
It’s okay to be sad.
It’s okay to be happy.

It’s okay to be fragile.
It’s okay to be weak.
It’s okay Not to be OKAY all the time.
Some days are harder than others.
Go through what you’re going through but…
Be gentle to yourself, even when you’re not yourself.
Remember,
It’s okay! π

Life can be challenging, and we often put pressure on ourselves to always be strong and perfect. But acknowledging that itβs okay to feel and express our true selves, regardless of the circumstances, is a vital part of self-compassion and growth.
Psalm 46:1 (NIV)
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.”
Thank you for sharing this thoughtful perspective. Itβs a great reminder to approach ourselves with kindness and understanding, especially on tough days.

Itβs okay! We feel what we feel. Respecting our own feelings is the first step to affirmation. So-called βnegativeβ feelings can also be a red flag, urging us to follow our visceral instincts about a person or environment. Good post, reminding us to validate ourselves.
