  1. but at times it is impossible. That’s what I’m trying to get at. Sometimes it is all you have to cling on to before going over the edge. Leaving the “comfort zone” needs good mental health, and is not an option for all however à la mode it might be as a concept.

  2. Understood! You’re definitely right.
It’s always earlier said than done.
It’s all that and some.. difficult, uncomfortable,
    but necessary at some point…

Comfort zone, is just that *comfort.
But, life begins at the end of your comfort zone.

I appreciate your thoughts on this post.

  3. I would like to offer a different perspective, not to challenge, but to add to the discussion. The younger generation often takes criticism differently than their elders. As someone who has struggled with various mental health issues, I’ve found that sometimes, the comfort zone can be a lifeline. It can be the only connection to the world of the living, especially during difficult times. It’s not always a pleasant experience, and sometimes, just holding on seems beyond our capacity.

The unknown can be incredibly intimidating, making it hard to envision stepping beyond our comfort zone. Healing may need to come before we can venture into the unknown. That’s why it’s often referred to as a “comfort” zone.

While I understand the idea of pushing oneself beyond limits for growth, it’s not always as simple as it sounds.
