Step out your comfort zone

scared? good.

we don’t grow when we stay inside

our comfort zone.

It has always been said that life begins when you step out of your comfort zone,

so why are so many people afraid of stepping out?

I’ll tell you why, because being inside your comfort zone minimize the stress and anxiety.

This makes it easy to never push the boundaries,

because it’s comfy inside your safety bubble,

right??🤔

The doubt of stepping out, is unfathomable, especially if you know anxiety will arise.

Doing everyday activities is so familiar,

by leaving your comfort zone behind

and taking a leap of faith into something new,

you find out who you are, and what you’re capable of becoming.

I know you saying, why would I want to provoke feeling anxious?

Because, every time you step out of your comfort zone there’s a little piece of empowerment. 🤔

Every now and then we all need to face our fear and step out of our bubbles.

No, it want be easy, but; yes worth it.

Eventually it becomes our new normal.
