What makes a good leader?

I define a good leader as anyone who takes responsibility for finding the potential in people and processes.

Courage, Confidence, and Communication are traits for good leadership.

They should have the courage to do what they think needs to be done, even if others don’t.

Have confidence in themselves AND

Communication is a key leadership skill.

  2. Right now America needs the leaders in the Republic party to find courage and honesty and tell the American people that Donald Trump is not fit to lead. All of the free world will suffer in he gets in.
