4. Practice self-care

it’s a necessity,

simple self care practices can strengthen your health and well-being.

A big part of self-love is knowing you’re good enough. You’re perfect the way you are.

5. Stop criticism

stop judging yourself & others,

stop negative self talk.

When criticizing yourself you’ll receive negative changes.

Accept yourself as you are for positive changes.
