  1. Thanks for the uplift and for visiting my site. I love anything to do with books & would be thrilled if you’d write a guest blog post for my site, which is for anyone who enjoys writing, or books, and all the arts. If you think it might be fun or helpful to have my followers (who total about 10k across my various social media) meet you, here’s the link for general guidelines: https://wp.me/p6OZAy-1eQ – best, da-AL

  2. I didn’t know what to say about your deep words, but I asked my sister to write for me, and she expressed beautifully, “As much as we try to ignore our imperfections, the reality is that we are all broken in some way. We may not all be as visible as broken crayons, but that doesn’t mean our imperfections don’t exist. So, while broken crayons still color, the same goes for us. Our brokenness doesn’t have to define us, and it doesn’t mean we can’t be successful, loving, or fulfilled. Instead, we can embrace our brokenness as an opportunity to grow and become stronger. As long as we remember that we are all broken in our own unique ways, we can also learn to appreciate and support one another in our collective imperfections. The same way that broken crayons still color, so too can we. Just like broken crayons, our imperfections can still bring joy, wonder, and vibrancy to our lives and the lives of those around us. So let’s not be afraid to be ourselves, broken and all. Instead, let’s embrace our imperfections as a beautiful part of our journey and, let’s continue to color.”
