Echumly, it’s has it good days & bad. love to do it myself that way I know it’s done right. I had to learn how to delegate and trust them they would do it right. So far it’s been going great.🙂

Have been in some leadership positions and I schooted out of them as soon as possible. Not a leader because I like to do things myself and not good at delegating out assignments.
