When times get tough, it is vital to find a way to cope and stay sane so that the situation doesn’t overtake you. For me I like a variety of exercising walking , running, yoga, mind and body choose yours get your exercise in today to live a happy healthy long life.

Too many people just think of exercise as a way to lose weight. Exercise is so much more, but we live in a quantified world obsessed with trying to look like people on the covers of magazines.

Thanks for the great post. Agree with this post. We go to the gym and walk almost every day. It has given us more energy and combats stress.
