  1. Love this post. Alot of great advice. I would also add “stop being so positive” in there as well hyper posibity tends to lead people into a false reality where they expect everything to go their way when life doesn’t work like that. By not being hyper positive, people can prepare for setbacks

  2. This is so helpful. Right away I appreciate your mentioning expectations. For me, I do see how I cause additional stress because Iโ€™m not โ€œmeeting my own expectations.โ€ Itโ€™s funny in a sense when I realize that I am putting more pressure on myself more than other factors. I really enjoy nature walks and journaling. Being active, even just walking, helps me a lot during tough moments. Iโ€™m still working on the diet aspects of my wellness, but hey, one step at a time!!
