    Iโ€™ve always been told 6 to 8 glasses a day so, thatโ€™s what I do. Now remember when exercising or being sick you need to drink more because of the fluids you lose, the same on a hot day.

    You can also eat fruits & veggies such as watermelon & spinach they contain water.
