Before Bed Affirmations

Affirmations are not only a great way to start your day, they are also a fantastic way to end your day.

Affirmations are a daily reminder that you are capable of doing whatever you put your mind to.

I look at affirmations as words of encouragement. Positive affirmations can be used daily to shift your mood. Our minds are powerful. Iโ€™m a believer in manifesting and self affirmations. Positive changes begin when you repeat them regularly to yourself.

They help us be at peace!

Eat less sugar

We all know that sugar is bad for us but, we still love it and continue to eat it.

I’m trying to eat less sugar so hopefully I can cut it out completely. I don’t add sugar to anything so, I’m good there. If it’s not already sweet I eat it as is.

Manufacturers put it in pretty much everything, extra is sometime added to make our taste buds happy.

Sugar is associated with weight gain, diabetes, arthritis & more.

When you eat too much sugar, your liver makes more LDL while lowering the amount of HDL in your body.

I’m trying this 15 day challenge starting September 1st. I’ll be in touch on how it goes.

I’ve listed a few ideas below, I have already started doing.

Ideas on cutting back on sugar

1. Read the nutrition labels

This is important thing you can do to take charge of what foods you’re putting in your body.

2. Choose healthier sources of sugar

Healthier sugars

3. Start to remove sugar from your home

I’ve started this one last week.

Nutrition Facts

But I like both๐Ÿ˜ณ

What’s yours??

This is mine. Caramel Frappuccino๐Ÿ˜‹

Despite how much nicer they may look and sound, it still forms of refined sugar.

As mentioned previously I’m trying this challenge. I love a good challenge. So I’m ready.

Hopefully this helps someone that may be struggling with sugar or that sweet tooth that hits whenever (sometimes right before bed time).

Thank you reading my posts! See you soon.
