Funny but annoying, please do better automated system.
When calling for assistance with phone, electric co or whomever for help and I get the automated system asking what’s your issue? how can I help you?
After saying what my issue is, ok let me see if I can help you… 🙃Let’s try troubleshooting before transferring you, did you try unplugging your phone? all wires? did you leave it unplugged for 10 to 15 minutes? Yes & yes ok.
Automatic system: hold on I see you calling from your cell is this the phone you having issues with?Ok press 1 for new service, press 2 for our address press 3 for billing, press 4 for new service, press 5 to repeat, by then I’m just pressing any button to get to a live person. Lol
Me: pressing 0 🤣
Automatic system: sorry that was not a option. Please press a correct number. Then calls starts all over again. 😡

I can definitely relate! What I really hate is when they prompt you to enter your information to help speed up the process then once connected to an agent they turn around and still ask the same information again! 😂 So annoying! Lol

whomever removed the option for us to just hit 0 for an operator, should be put in a room for a week with nothing but a phone that has every button except the 0 and none of the buttons work…hehe
