Mornings are busy for me so, I start with something that gives me peace by giving thanks for another day then yoga or meditation.

Yes, i do. I do yoga for flexibility & reduce stress. My early mornings meditation is to focus on my thoughts & deep thinking.

By Yoga you mean body postures and by meditation you mean meditation. I hope you know that Yoga is more than mere body postures and meditation is part of Yoga practice not separate from it.
