Motivation Monday

My story, can’t nobody tell your story but you!

Being a motivation speaker and a life coach I love to motivate people.

So, today my plan was to run 3 miles. I ran 2 miles, it was so ๐Ÿฅต I was tired and ready to head home.

A neighbor saw me and said lady have you already been through here, I said yes I’m trying to get in at least 3 miles today but it’s to ๐Ÿฅต he said you got this now keep going you doing great. He went on to say I need to start myself. But lady you are doing great continue it’s just about 30 more minutes you can do it, and besides you are motivating me to at least walk. I’m thinking it’s ๐Ÿฅตand I need water.

I said that’s a good thing, if I’m motivating you to walk I guess I can push through and get this mile in, I said you just motivated me to do 1 more mile.

After receiving motivation I decide to do a another mile I guess all I needed was a little motivation to keep going. I love to motivate people, but today I received motivation. Thanks neighbor.

June is recognized as Mens Health Awareness Month

During this month, men get up and go, whether it’s exercise or eating healthy.

This month is all about encouraging the men in our life to focus on their health.

While it’s encouraged for man and boys to establish a partnership with their health providers to care for their mental and physical health, also participate in regular health screenings.
