Mental Health defines us as a whole. It includes social well being, our physical day to day activities, the way you think make choices and the way you communicate with others.
Mental health is essential in every stage of our lives, from childhood to adulthood.
1. STRESS, can have you avoiding others because you are feeling overwhelmed
2. ANXIETY, difficulty concentrating , feeling nervous, restless and increased heart rate
3. DEPRESSION, feeling sad, feeling tired, reduce in appetite, trouble in thinking frustration over the smallest things
A few changes may be able to help.
Take a media break limit yourself on watching TV & listening to the news.
Talk to others that you can trust, cut unnecessary distractions. Cleaning up clutter can help live a healthier and better healthier.
Take care of you, get plenty of rest, eat healthy and exercise.
