#depression😟

I’m not sure who needs to hear this tonight but, my spirit is telling me to help someone before morning.

GOD said my child help someone tonight!!

Yes, I understand times are hard, times are really crazy. Someone has been laid off, someone does not any food to feed their love ones, others don’t know where they will lay their head tonight, some just want to end it.

But, I say tonight NO, that’s not the answer.

Depression is a major depressive disorder.

You find yourself with no energy, lack of sleep, self-esteem is low and no appetite.

It could also be associated with thoughts of suicide.

Causes of depression sometimes we don’t even think about emotional abuse, loss of a family member, stress, loneliness, anxiety, uncontrollable crying.

But, I’m here tonight to tell you MY GOD, Is BIGGER than your problem.

Tell your big problem, GOD IS BIGGER!

Hang in there! A BIG change is coming.
